MY ORDER SHOWS "ON HOLD" IS THIS NORMAL?

If your order is marked as "On Hold", it means we are waiting to manually verify your Interac e-Transfer payment. Unfortunately, there is no automatic way to confirm these payments, so we review each transaction manually.

Once your payment is verified, your order status will be updated to "Processing", and you will receive a payment confirmation email. From there, we will prepare and ship your order, and you will receive a tracking number via email.

This entire process, including payment verification and shipping, is usually completed within 24 business hours.

WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT WORKING?

Tracking numbers can take up to 24-48 hours to become active in the carrier's system after your order has been shipped. If your tracking number is not working, please wait and check again later. If it still doesn't work after 48 hours, please contact us.

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD IS ACCEPTED?

We accept Interac e-Transfer as our primary payment method. This is the most convenient and secure way to pay for Canadian customers. Simply send your e-Transfer to the email provided at checkout and your order will be processed once payment is verified.

DO YOU HAVE 3RD PARTY ANALYSES?

Yes! All of our products are third-party lab tested by Janoshik Analytical. You can view our Certificates of Analysis (COAs) on our 3rd Party Analysis page. We believe in full transparency and publish all test results for our customers to verify.

WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

All orders are shipped from Canada. Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days for Canadian orders. We use Canada Post Xpresspost for fast and reliable delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Unopened and sealed products can be returned for a full refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS. IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN DO?

If you've made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@androbolics.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address for you. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

DO YOU SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES?

At this time, we only ship within Canada. We are a Canadian company and our products are intended for the Canadian market. We do not ship internationally.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We currently only ship within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are shipped via Canada Post to Canadian addresses only.
